At Parental Alienation New Brunswick, we bring a combination of experience and compassion to every case. Our team of skilled members and individuals has years of experience helping single parents and families, including child custody.
We understand that these issues can be emotionally challenging, and we are committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to navigate them successfully.
As a support person, we assist and sit next to a "self-represented litigant," or a person who appears in court without an attorney.
Our objective is to assist the self-represented litigant in remaining focused, composed, giving advices, and organized throughout the court proceedings to offer both practical and emotional support.
We may not have full control over the outcome of the proceedings, however, we go to the court/hearing to observe proceedings, take notes, and assess whether courts are serving fairly.
These observations and assessments will help you to become more aware and prepared what are the possible next steps.
With the experience and collective knowledge of our experts relating to family-related cases, we can give you notes and make suggestions to organize what needs to do.
These observations and assessments will help you to become more aware and prepared what are the possible next steps.
